What is stress and how does it affect our body?

When we are under the influence of stress, we no longer have a good connection with each other, the body takes away energy from the brain, immune and digestive systems and converts them into stress hormone. Stress hormones increase energy, but they have to take it from somewhere. When the body is under stress for a long time or under stress every day, it no longer functions optimally physiologically.
Stress can be physical – it can happen that we have a car accident, that we are physically exhausted beyond the limit, when the organism no longer regenerates on a regular basis. Eg children play when crazy e.g. two hours, and then they will sit down, lie down,… because they have a protective organism, the child will run as long as it suits him, but not after that. Adults – athletes in particular – go further and further every day and compare themselves with friends and compete and burn to zero to achieve this, and everyone, in the end even the media, describes him as a hero – which is certainly not for himself, because he is going beyond all his capabilities.
Stress can be emotional. When we are very affected, because of something that has affected us from the outside. Others cannot hurt us because they behave the way they do, and the question is how we react to a stressful situation. But we can wave our hand and we don’t care, and we won’t be hurt. It depends on our response to the situation.
Chemical stress – it can be food, drugs, alcohol,… the organism must recover from it. If we eat spoiled food, our whole system is activated to eliminate that food. The consequences are that it goes down, or up, or at both the same time, you could say we have a vertical breeze where it blows / clears us all up because the body is under stress.
Stress can be harmful or beneficial.
To a lesser extent, it can be useful. Athlete e.g. if he wants to progress (the recreationalist is not under stress because he sticks to how much he is comfortable) he must always overload the organism a little, so much that he can regenerate until the next day and the organism will react to this partial stress. that the organism will slightly shift its abilities so that it can achieve better results the next day.
Harmful stress also becomes useless stress when there is too much stress, when it lasts every day and when we are burdened physically, emotionally and in addition we think about what happened to us and we tell other people what happened to us. , and prolonged stress – we stop the immune system every day because we took away its energy to stop the digestive system, because we took away its energy to stop the cell division system – for growth and the body eventually gets sick. The problem is that we cannot be in both a challenging regime and a destructive stress regime. Most illnesses today are of psychosomatic origin and stress is what affects our problems (as much as 70 or 80% of stressful situations).
You can learn more about stress and its impact on our body as part of the Revival online course:
Program - Online course Rebirth
In this course we will learn to understand the law of karma, learn about the cosmic laws, how the mind works, and how to cultivate thoughts, consciousness, subconsciousness, and superconsciousness. We will learn to recognize traps in our patterns, addictions, programs, and so on. Self-knowledge is very important because only in this way can we follow our heart, intuition and be ready to take a step towards ourselves in our lives and feel free. A lot of the old, useless and harmful will go out of our lives, a huge amount of emotional clutter, just so we can realize the potential of the creator within ourselves and start working constructively. In a practical way, I want to teach you how to get out of your captivity. You will actively participate in learning, clearing the subconscious and creating your life, and above all, you will master self-healing techniques and resolve situations that you have not been able or aware of so far.
